To whom may I concern, We did order three times of the purses. Note that we previously purchased 2 YSL in black grained with white logo and chain.It’s fine ( under my friend’s name TDPhuong Nguyen)The second delivery make us very disappointed because of the wrong item i.e. the black logo and chain instead of white( YSL) .And the black Gucci looks so weird! Another two Gucci will come in ( all the same items). So we would like to get the refund for 4 of them . We really appreciate your service. Kind regards
